Himeup is a B2B creator talent marketplace that helps agencies discover and hire verified content creators. Our platform is operated by Himeup and accessible at hime.bitnbits.com.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email address, and password when you register
- YouTube channel data: video titles, tags, subscriber count, view counts, and engagement metrics — fetched via the YouTube Data API with your explicit permission
- TikTok profile data: video titles, follower count, and engagement metrics — fetched via the TikTok API with your explicit permission
- Profile information you choose to provide: bio, hourly rate, location, availability
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, and actions taken on the platform
3. How We Use Your Information
- To generate your Skill Fingerprint and HimeScore using AI analysis of your content
- To create and display your public creator profile to agencies on our marketplace
- To facilitate hire requests between creators and agencies
- To improve our AI models and platform features
- To send important account and service notifications
4. AI Processing
We use third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Groq) to analyse your content and extract skill data. Your video titles and metadata are sent to these providers for processing. We do not send personally identifiable information to AI providers beyond what is necessary for skill extraction.
5. Data Sharing
- Your public profile (skills, HimeScore, services) is visible to registered agencies on the platform
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties
- We may share data with service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, AI APIs)
- We may disclose data if required by law
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

8. Security
We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data in transit and at rest. OAuth tokens are encrypted before storage. We do not store your social media passwords.
