1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Himeup, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. What Himeup Does

Himeup is a B2B creator talent marketplace. We use AI to analyse creators' content and generate skill profiles, which agencies can use to discover and hire creators. We facilitate connections — we are not a party to any agreement between creators and agencies.

3. Creator Accounts

  • You must own or have rights to the YouTube/TikTok channels you connect
  • By connecting your channel, you authorise us to fetch and analyse your public content
  • Your public profile (skills, HimeScore, services) will be visible to agencies on the platform
  • You can disconnect your channels and deactivate your profile at any time
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you add manually (bio, rates, etc.)

4. Agency Accounts

  • You must represent a legitimate business to register as an agency
  • You may use creator profiles for the purpose of evaluating and hiring creators
  • You may not scrape, export, or resell creator data from the platform
  • Hire requests must be genuine — spam or misleading requests will result in account suspension

5. AI-Generated Content

Skill Fingerprints, HimeScores, and service suggestions are generated by AI and are provided for informational purposes only. Himeup does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated profiles. Creators and agencies should exercise their own judgement.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Impersonating another person or creator
  • Attempting to manipulate or game the HimeScore algorithm
  • Using the platform for spam, harassment, or illegal activity
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
  • Connecting channels you do not own

7. Intellectual Property

Himeup owns the platform, HimeScore algorithm, and all associated technology. Your content remains yours — we only analyse it to generate your profile. You grant us a limited licence to display your profile data to agencies on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Himeup is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including any hire arrangements made between creators and agencies. The platform facilitates introductions only.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
